The prediction is better than the idea at the top of the post. I don't think you sufficiently maximize the speed and athleticism by starting three post players. If Leonard is as buffed as has been said (I wouldn't know because I haven't seen the guys), he'll be able to cover most college level SFs and keep them out of the lane.

As for backups, Field and Rod make sense for 10+ minutes, but I'd hestiate to expect any more than 5 out of the remaining newcomers (Eugene and Derek as you listed). Seven deep team to start, and I see the others as having to earn additional minutes. Land probably the advantage over everyone else due to his familiarity with the program.
