Subject: Latest Bass story



OK, so Brandon Bass took a few official visits. Big deal, right? He said earlier this month he
wants to wait until the spring but how does he feel now?

"It's still [late] but I've been thinking about signing early," Bass said. "Right now I think it's still the
spring. I want to get it all out of the way before my basketball season. When it starts I'm not
taking anymore visits."

Two weeks ago, Bass made a pilgrimage to LSU. "That's the home school. The big thing about
LSU is that they are the home school." Bass said that recent LSU commitment Tack Minor was on
the official visit with him.

Following the trip to the Bayou, Bass went further south to Miami for a visit. "It was straight.
There's excitement down there. They are saying I'll be the marquee player if I come there. The
city is pretty nice."

Bass said that he doesn't have any other official visits set but he's got a few in mind. "I'm going
to go to maybe Cincinnati and UConn. That's what I'm thinking about. Maybe Kentucky."

Mississippi State and Southern Cal are a few more schools to watch. Bass said USC has asked
him to set up an official visit.
