Yes we did but living 'the dream ' in his caravan would have been good too. I could be a gypsy as I love caravans and that lifestyle.
We came to Lorne a couple of weeks ago Edie and it was so busy. Tourists and back packers all over the place. I bought some beads in that shop next to the op shop. There was a lovely summer cardigan there and I had to look twice at the price. I thought it was a bargain at $31.80.
I looked again and it was $318.00. Just a cardy! You'd need to win the lottery to dress up there lol. Nice shops, two side by side so must do ok by the looks of things. They've always been clothing stores but I think new owners as they are fitted out differently now. Maybe just updated. The Cumberland looks good now and I love the new colour. Headed off to Teddies Lookout with the relis and took some nice video which I put on DVD for them to take back to Poland. Stopped on the way up at Anglesea for lunch at the pub. Beautiful fish! We spent a couple of hours at Urqhuart's Bluff beach and it was just beautiful sitting quietly in the sun while the relis went looking for shells. It's a magic part of the world.
