No we are unable to access the I player here in Canada.They recognise your IP and therefor know you are in another country.On the net there are all kinds of "fixes" supposedly that will allow you to use the Iplayer,I have never got it to work yet.Maybe if you spent a lot of money it would work,who knows.You can easily access BBC radio.We do have BBC Canada here ,its quite good,they show a lot of top gear ,Graham Norton etc and we get commercials on it.I listen to Radio Forth quite a lot,I have a small transmitter on my PC and it sends the signal to my stereo.We dont have a TV license here,we just pay monthly for what we have.Our monthly cable bill is about $170.00 that includes the digital cable pack with about 100 channels or so our high speed internet and our phone service plus we rent the PVR.
