Sounds like you have a good attitude about Jan's health. Keep up the strength and good work. I know how hard this is after several years with my mother. As hard as it was, and some days it was really hard. I was ready to kill myself or her then there were times when it was extremely funny and that is what kept me going, plus my hubby was a great help. I have often thought about doing stand up comedy about what it was like with my Mother with Dementia.

Thanks for your comment about Tripod the cat finding us. I do treasure my animals, as do you treasure yours. She is a sweet "Tuxedo" cat, LD pup Claire LOVES her, Maddie tolerates her and she tolerates them. I know she thinks they are useless dogs. My son is a Star Wars fan and came up with a great name C3PO, Cat 3 Paws Only. I will NEVER understand how people can abandon animals. Take them to a shelter if you can no longer take care of them.

Happy Birthday to your daughter, good for her for celebrating as much as/long as she can. My son will be 35 in September and my daughter 32 on July 10.
