You'd certainly not find it easy to lose weight if you were at my place. Dinner tonight is loin of pork, which at the moment is sitting in a covered roasting dish on a bed of cored, peeled and sliced eating apple and a generous handful of basil with a glass of cider poured over it and some seasoning, and left to sit and quietly marinade before slow roasting, to be served with sliced new potatoes that have been tossed n oil with some parsley and which will be baken in the oven and ome tenderstem purple sprouting brocolli, and then homemade bakewell tart for afters. Certainly sounds good to me!
