Sunny and very spring like, we bought some little seed potatoes yesterday and some potting compost today, sorted out our potato bags and have potted them up, so in 6-7 weeks' time we should be reaping the first pots from the bags, which will be very nice. That should just about be at the same time as the asparagus starts coming in at the local asparagus farms, so that sounds good to me, new pots and new asparagus, a meal in itself, just a dod of butter, big plate of pots & sparrergrass and we'll be well away. I shall have a look at the moon tonight. It should have been a good one last night as it was very clear and we had a heavy ground frost, but our pots are in a nice sheltered place and should be fine.

Gilly
