Lol you poor thing. That's ok because all the doctors and specialists I take Jan to think he's my dad. The illness has aged him but he's lost a lot of his hair too so that ages you also. He still has beautiful skin and is very olive from sitting out the back in the sun. I just tell them we've been married 36 years last year and they try to apologise but I understand where it's coming from.
Edna shouldn't be driving I feel. A few weeks ago her foot got stuck on the accelerator outside the IGA in Daylesford. She took out the fence and was lucky that nobody was walking on the footpath as it's right next door to the Dayelsford RSL. There was somethign on that weekend so cops and ambulance were there in a second. You'd think her doctor would tell her it's time to hang up the keys. Especially with the bad ticker. But you're right I've seen old guys pull huge vans into the park no effort at all. They set them up and stay for weeks at a time. Long may they do it if their health permits.
