Subject: February is here already

Well January has passed and we are well on our way into 2010.
Where did that month go? The relatives being here certainly made a big bent in it but it 'FLEW' This surely must be a sign that we are having such a good life when the day just flies by. Jan's brother and wife headed back to Poland, excess baggage a plenty. I think the bill for excess was $318.00 and another $300 for what was sent before they left. So Poland look look out Basia is on the move.
I'll just fill you in on what they took that came as a huge shock to me. Border patrol I hope you were sleeping.

Sweet potatoes a large bag as they'd never tasted sweet potato before. All different packets of seeds for the garden.
A few varieties of fruit cheese.
Glad Wrap.
Vanilla essence and food colouring.
Shells we collected at the beach.
Seeds from plants who had their heads pulled off along the course of their six weeks stay.
Stuffing for the chook.
Lots of packets of different soups.
Things you can't imagine went on that plane.
You can't bring things into Australia but you sure as hell can take them out.
I was amazed, I thought that surely they'd have the sweet potato confiscated but no it has all arrived back home safe and sound with everything else they'd packed.
AMAZING!
