Subject: Okay, what possible reasons are there that some believe its time to dust Darla?

Well, there are none. There hasn't been one reason I've seen that holds any substance.
So why do poor excuses such as these pop up? *shrugs shoulders* You tell me.

1. - the sound of her whiny voice annoys me.
Personally I've never picked up on the 'whiny' tone. 'Breathy' yes. But I'd like to believe it's because Darla and Angel were going hard out in a makeout session before they appear back on screen breathless (i.e. Dear Boy), which is funny since they don't breathe. lol.
And to get really picky on this whining thing:
"You gave away my clothes."
"To the needy."
"I am the needy!"

2. - she's bad, evil, a souless b****.
Hello, Lindsey was bad, Lilah still is, Spike (with/without a chip) is nasty and Dru is a mental (yet lovable) nutcase and of course so was Angel but we don't see "kill them, stake 'em" petitions/rants for these characters. And as much as I am fond of Cordy and have nothing against C/A, Cordelia can be an outright witch when the mood strikes. So what's the difference? Darla has no soul and Cordy does??
[As I said, no substance].

3. - Darla has to go now, because there's way too much of her and not enough Cordelia, C/A moments.
er... umm... when was this the "Cordelia and Angel in L.A." show? The show is simply called "Angel" and hello without Darla, no Angel.
Okay, no gypsy curse no Angel. *looking sheepish* But hey, everything has its starting point.

From this post you can see how I can get upset and way too involve in a tv show that's purely made for entertainment and enjoyment. (And yes I do have a life, busy one at that, first free weekend I've had for some time) *G*
But however fictional it may be, surely there has to be reasons with substance to be found? Otherwise, why comment at all, apart from the whole 'Freedom of Right" issue.
