Why do these poor excuses come up?

Because they have nothing else to say. It's that simple and it's really sad that these people can't come up with anything better.

It's even sadder when the *reasons* don't even make sense. If there's one character that's gotten more screentime and dedication this year, it's Cordelia. As far as I'm concerned the show has already turned into "Cordelia's Creek and her sidekick the Goofy Angel."

When it comes down to it most of the people that despise Darla are those that fear she'll get closer to Angel.

She's simply a threat.

And they can't handle that even though it makes sense in every way why she'd be close to him.

What? They only were together for 150 years. What? She's only his sire.

Now the woman's having his baby and what do I still hear?

"I don't understand. Why isn't she staked yet that *()(&(*^*&^^&?"

Put a sock in it already. For them it's not about understanding. There is no rationality in any of this so that's why I don't take any of these comments seriously. It's just a bunch of noise.
