Subject: New Holiday to suit everyone
From: Government Department of Group Think
To help solve the dilemma that is the annual holiday, on a worldwide basis, the new holiday of Prantropchria is proposed. It has the following features -
1. To avoid offending anyone we don't borrow any symbolism from any culture.
2. The official costume is as follows -
Head gear - a pickled egg wrapped in a slice of bacon
Jacket - seaweed body dappled with banana skins
Pants - sheet metal from discarded PC cases
Shoes - optionally National Geographics tied on with string
3. Informal greeting - squat down, put your left hand on the pavement, raise your right and and shout "bubble fretcha morganon blim blim plonk"
4. Formal greeting - stand on your left left, arms out stretched, spin around three times sqawking like a chicken.
5. Food
Apple pie with gravy
Sardine Ice Cream
Chicken flavoured cake
These items were carefully formulated after large meetings by the Group Think department and are the result of much compromise from competing ideas. We think you'll agree, that the outcome was amazing, and we're very proud of it. As we finished a little later than expected the deadline for implementing this holiday is drawing near. In fact, its now, so happy Prantropchria .

Ah but someone must have leaked the secret plans for the Jehovah’s Wittiness "secret holiday"
The official costume is as follows -
Head gear - A cow tongue wrapped in a slice of bacon
Jacket - lasagna noodles, al dente with bunt cakes worn on the wrists, icing optional
Pants - optional
Shoes - optionally The Watch Tower tied on with string
3. Informal greeting - squat down, put your left hand on the pavement, raise your right and and shout "bubble fretcha Jehova blim blim plonk"
4. Formal greeting - none
5. Food
Refried bean & pumpkin pie, topped with whipped yellow mustard
Herring Ice Cream
Chicken flavoured gelignite, not really a food but shure goes bang
