She didn't know what to say or really what to do, she just wanted to comfort him and make him feel better. So, she just laid there, holding him, her hand running up and down his back, biting her lip a little as she held his head to her shoulder, keeping him there for a long moment. Her own breathing was a little rapid but nothing huge, just a little from the slight pain and exertion. She was content to just sit there and comfort him but soon enough Chase started whimpering and her chest was aching. "I need to try and feed him again." She murmured softly, pressing a kiss the side of his head. "He hasn't eaten much of anything all day..." She murmured again, her head tipped to the side as she shifted to move out from under him. She wasn't exactly sure how she was feeling, she just knew she needed to feed her baby and that was her first priority.
