Subject: Update on Rain

Hi Tina & Ellie,

Tina, thank you for your caring posting. I really appreciate the tip on spraying with vinegar. I will do that after the water dries out.

We still have been having some more rain. (not as bad as last week). I am leaving my pump running night and day. More rain is expected for the next few days.

Today I have an appointment with the vet this afternoon. My
dog has chewed a large hot spot which needs immediate attention. I am sure that they will shave the area and put him on medication. He has allergies which start acting up around this time of the year. He is on benadryl beginning in April until November but it still does not stop him from chewing at times.

It seems like it is one thing after another lately. Two weeks ago my car window was stuck halfway down and would not roll up. I took it to the garage and found out it needed a new motor. The good thing was it happened before we had all that rain, so it was fixed in time.

I am sorry to complain but thought I would let you know how things were.

The bright spot is spending time with my beautiful granddaughter, Kaitlyn. She will turn l year old on June 7 and we will be celebrating with family at my daughter's house on the following Sunday in June.

I hope Ellie that you are doing well.

Thanks again for listening.

Best wishes for a good week.
Phyllis

Phyllis you will certainly enjoy good things when they start happening and they will. This is a bad time for you but it will pass, I pray it will pass quickly.
It seems impossible that Kaitlyn will be a year old allready..see time does fly.Thank heavens you have her to enjoy..I remember how greatly I enjoyed looking after Zoe and now that she is 10 I love her visits as I love the visits of all my grandchildren, but Zoe gets here more often than the older ones.
If it is fine tomorrow Zoe and I and her mom are going to the valley to the zoo.Only about 1 and 1/2 hr drive from here but like a different world.
Bye for no and all the best to you and yours
