Hi.. Tina I hope you are now safely back from your trip and had a wonderful time acting like a teenager!! Love to hear about it. Phyliss, you will notice I haven't yet copied out any recipes for you.. sorry.. I will look through the book and see what I think you might like, or maybe you can give me some clues?
The ones listed are..
Honey chicken stir fry
Pizza muffins..
Rissoles and salad,
Pumpkin and potato soup
Quiche
Spaghetti bolognaise
Baked fish and vegetable casserole
Mini roast beef or lamb)
Vegetable fritters.
You might already know how to make all these of course, and I've left out the desserts, as you said you didn't want those!
Yesterday I went to a first birthday party for great grandaughter,Jemillah.. it was a family barbeque.. and very nice. She got lots of lovely gifts, and is such a happy outgoing little girl. Dark hair, and big brown eyes.

Hi Ellie,

How wonderful that you were able to celebrate your great
granddaughter's first birthday.

My granddaughter is now 15 months old and such a joy to watch. She likes to play with her many dolls.

My son from Florida called this morning and put my 2 granddaughters on the phone to wish me a Happy Grandparents Day. Ariana will turn 5 in January and Athena will burn 3 in November. My daughter is taking the grandparents out for ice cream today to celebrate Grandparent's day.

I would like the following recipes when you have time, no rush.

Honey chicken stir fry
Pizza muffins
Rissoles and salad
Quiche
Baked fish and vegetable casserole
Mini roast beef or lamb
Vegetable fritters

I do have a recipes for spinach quiche but would like your recipe also.
