Subject: sunshine,food and boating

Was invited to a friends lake cottage yesterday for the day.Didn't know if I would be able to go because had my big chemo dose on Friday, but I did feel great yesterday and the weather was absolute perfection. My friend and I went boating,besides boating all around the islands and coves we landed the boat on a little island with a very sandy beach and we spent time there just watching other boats, seadoos, etc. Her hubby was home cooking and when we got home to her cottage he had a splendid meal waiting.
Later we went outside to watch the beautiful sunset,later still made a fire in the outside fireplace,I didn't come home until 10 p.m. My husband who I always say is glued to the t.v.had stayed home to "yes,watch t.v." If he would only realize life is speeding by and he is missing all the joys of it.
cynthia my youngest daughter,Kevin one of my twin sons and Michael my oldest son took their motorbikes on a toy run yesterday along with 200 others, they Stop in one town and people give toys then on to another town and at the third town they are met by a member of the childrens aide society and all the toys are given to these aide people to distribute to children at christmas that would otherwise have no Christmas toys.Each motorbike driver also donates a toy.Yesterday was perfect weather for it.

My typing doesn't seem to be too great this morning. I have many spelling errors as for some reason I was not able to do a spelling check.

I am so happy that you had such a great day and saw a beautiful sunset with perfect weather. Boating is so relaxing especially with a good friend. I always love the beach as it is so peaceful.

How wonderful of your children to collect toys for the needy ones who would be without them for Christmas.

Happy Grandparents day to both of you.

I am going out later this afternoon with my daughter & Kaitlyn; my daughter's mother-in-law and my ex-husband to celebrate this special day. We are going out for ice cream sundaes.

We are having a beautiful weather with a touch of early fall today.
