Subject: P P P day

A bunch of us are going to the yearly "well womens clinic" today, it is held once a year at a local hospital, lots of volunteer doctors and nurses to check blood,blood pressure, pap smears etc. We call it our pepsi,pizza and pap day because our group always goes to a pizza parlour together after the clinic.
It takes 3 to 4 hours to have all the tests but they have lots of usefull info booklets on health and healthful eating they give out, you can even get free foot and hand massage.
Do they have these clinics in your areas? If they do, get friends to go with you and make it a fun day.

Yes, we do have womens Health clinics here Tina. but I haven't heard of a bunch of women going together, sounds like a fun way to get through the day.

We have a couple of health clinics throughout the year for various tests. They are usually held at the local hospital. The Visiting Nurses also provide free blood pressure checks at the elderly housing apartments for those over a certain age on a regular basis.

I have not heard of a group of friends going together. It sounds like a good idea.
