Subject: animal shelter yard sale

Finally-Sat June 4th was our giant yard sale..Nineteen thousand dollars!!! Isn't that great. So few of us volunteered Most of May and up until the sale.Thousands of items to be priced,sorted etc.The money is now in the bank and only cheques pertaining to shaid-re:food , vet bills,electric bill can be written and signed by 3 board members.Hopefully donations of clean used bedding,soaps,food and dog treats etc. will keep being donated like other years.
by the way:SHAID means shelter for helpless animals in distress.
I thought we were never going to get summer weather this year but finally and very late for us we are getting some warm weather and flowers are getting so pretty.
