Hello,

Ellie, I am sorry to hear that you have been under the weather with ?flu. I too forgot that it was winter where you are located. We are having very hot, humid weather. Summer is so short so I suppose we should not complain.
I hope that by the time you read this that you will be feeling much better.

Your theatre group sounds like lots of fun. I am glad that you were in a play and really enjoyed performing. When I was younger I was back stage helping out in a community play. We were able to watch the final presentation of the play for free.

How exciting that more precious babies are on the way. My granddaughter, Kaitlyn is one month old today. My daughter's twin brother came home for a visit on July 4th to meet his new niece. He lives out West and has not been back here since January 2004. It is great to see him and of course I made one of his favorite meals- spinach pie. He will only be here for a week.

I go over to my daughter's home every day and look forward to holding Kaitlyn in my arms. She has a beautiful face and big blue eyes and light hair. She seems to enjoy my singing and Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is one the ones I sing often. My daughter and her husband have been married for 12 years and have wanted a child for a very long time. We are all so blessed with this addition to our family.

I will be doing child care when my daughter returns to work in early September. Her husband has been on paternity leave and will be going back to work next week.

Tina, I hope you are having good summer weather. I also hope you are finding some time to relax and time for yourself.

Have a good week.

Phyllis

It is so wonderful that your family is growing..new babies are so much fun and so much fun to buy little things for.
I am so glad your cabaret went so well..and hope your flu is over.We can get flu here in the summer, the darn stuff has no shame and will show it's face any time of year-lol
Wish I could see you in the cabaret..what a wonderful talent you have to be able to take part in a cabaret or any acting and or singing is great.
Terrible Devestation in England today! Those poor souls both those injured and those relatives of the ones killed have my deepest sympathy and prayers.
None of our countries can feel secure anymore.
