Hi Ellie & Tina,

Sounds like the wall tiger hanging will be a conversational piece especially for anyone who is caught off guard when visiting.

So nice that you were able to visit with your daughter. I always enjoyed train rides. When I was growing up I use to ride the train to Boston as my mother's relatives lived there. It was fun and such a different atmosphere from our then quite town. People used to peddle their fruits in large wagons early in the mornings. Such great memories of happy childhood adventures.

I admire your postings as well as Tina. You both are excellent writers,I on the other hand lack this talent. My youngest sister is so good at expressing herself in anything that she writes. She is always willing to help me out whenever I need to compose a business letter or other important document. I reward her by cooking a couple of her favorite dishes. Cooking is not one of her favorite chores. Her husband cooks one night a week now that they are both retired. They retired young, in their middle fifties.

Tina, I am glad that your husband is improving and that they are still keeping him in the hospital so he can regain his strength. Your house makeover with such lovely colors sounds great. You have a wonderful caring family.
Sorry that you were in such pain but glad that you are all straightened out now.

I am watching my granddaughters on Saturday as my daughter and her husband are going to a wedding. My daughter's husband is an usher. They are having an outdoor wedding.
I am sitting all day tomorrow (Friday, my regular day) and may stay into the evening for a while to help out as my daughter's husband will be gone for a rehearsal dinner.

Fall weather is definitely in the air. The temperature is cooling off and the wind is blowing. We have had a lot of rain.

I hope you both have a good week.

Phyllis
