Subject: Uh....I've seen this girl compete over the years and some of those "grandma dresses" could give a lot of those overpriced store bought frocks a run for their money. Nobody would have even known that they were not purchased from a retail shop unless told. Also, she gets a hats off for originality. No danger in showing up with the same dress as someone else.
