Subject: I think most of the titleholders are doing a good job on social media. Some content is fluff, but that’s what they are asking for when they tell them how many times a week to post. I like to see content that’s interesting and makes you want to stop and look at it. The best at social media are not necessarily the ones that post the most. If you saturate your feed with too many posts, people get annoyed and mute you. I will say, I’m most interested in people who are actively going to school and working a job, because they are the most well-rounded. Don’t wait to start your career or go to school because of a pageant, that makes someone the least interesting. It’s ok to have a life and compete.

Social media is the name of the game in today's world. You must be able to command an audience. As Miss NC and Miss NC Teen builds their brand and gets exposed to more and more people each year that platform can be monetized and raise funds that can be used for the pageant and it's scholarship offerings. there is one titleholder, I won't mention her name because she'll get bashed. She post school visits and speaking at events about her CSI. I enjoy her post where she is promoting local business and her towns history. My favorite of her post is where she interviewed former titleholders and post pictures of their year. Some of the formers dates back to the 80's. Might be considered fluff, but I enjoy them. (NT)No name06:44:07 04/22/25 Tue
