Subject: l# of Judges: Been reading the comments and conspiracy theories. I do think the biggest issue was the number of judges on both the Teen and Miss panels. Each had 5. MAO uses Olympic scoring where the higest and lowest scores are eliminated. That basically means only 3 judges are making the decisions. There should never be fewer than 7 judges at the state level. If only going with 5, all scores should be counted. I think you would have seen fewer ties and different top 10s.
