Subject: Really Oklahoma?!!!

We have had 2 beautiful 80* days and a few other really warm days in the last couple of weeks (VERY unusual for February!) and since last night, we have about an inch of ice followed by 5" of snow on the ground!!! We also had thundersnow and lightning last night, too!!! Good grief, Oklahoma!!! I sure hope I don't see that darn groundhog...it will not be pretty!!! :(

Oh Patty-

I think you got spoiled by those nice 80* days you recently had there in Oklahoma!

We here in Delaware have been having like -18* etc. at nightime and brutally cold with 60 mph winds that didn't help matters.

Right now, we're waiting for the "Big Snow Storm" to arrive any minute now. It looks like we're going to be hit pretty hard by this storm...similar to what you just had.

You know that Groundhog is not to far away in Pa. and believe me if I could he'd be a goner and "Phil" wouldn't be seeing any more shadows!!!

Only thing keeps us going is knowing Spring will be here in 32 days!

Hang in there my "Friend."

Hugs~ Joann

Our groundhog predicted an early spring....yeah right. Groundhog stew sure is sounding delicious isn't it?

I am with you all on the ground hog issue. His life will be short if I see him. We had snow yesterday. Not much this time but the temp today is 8° right now and with the wind that is cold.
Linda
