Thanks. Yes, I love trying new to me, recipes and have so many cookbooks, recipes from others and the internet etc and have recently come up with some really good recipes.
I like trying the older recipes also . Last year I made Persimmon Pudding from an old recipe and it was so good. Hubby and I went this week to the back of our field to pick some up and they were not ripe yet so need to wait for this next round of real cold weather and that should ripen them. I will check out the site you gave us.

Oh thanks so much. I love to cook. We have been trying to diet so don't cook much. But with the holidays coming I will get to cook. Thanks again. I just never thought of that.
