Hi Darlene,

Although I haven't tried this...but will be doing for New Year's Eve...as I love Pizza.
I thought maybe you would like to check it out and see what you think of this idea for an appetizer.

Hugs~ Joann

Once again I am suggesting this recipe for Taco Cheesecake. It is my go-to recipe when I want something different that I know will go over well. It is more of a baked dip than a cheesecake, and is not a dessert at all. Paired up with corn flavored crackers or chips, it is a great party food. I have also made this in miniature spring form pans that are about 4-5" in diameter, and they make a cute decorated snowman on a plate. If you don't want to fuss with a lot of decorating and slicing, just frost the top and add some chunky salsa that has been drained a little. Like the commercial used to say, "Try it you'll like it!"
