BIG Earthquake This Morning!!!

Oklahoma had a BIG earthquake this morning!!! 5.6 magnitude and it woke us up!!! The epicenter was really close to where my sister lives. It was in the town next to hers. She lives about an hour's drive from here. She said things fell off the shelves at her house. Scary!!!

No damage here at my house, but I took down special, sentimental things off my fireplace mantle for safe keeping for a while. Don't want them to fall off and break as a lot were from my Dad and his Mom, my Grandma. They say there have been aftershocks, but I haven't felt any of those.

Pray for safety for Oklahoma!

Hi Patty,
So glad you and your family are safe. I'm sure that did wake you up this morning.
It had to be a scary experience for your sister and glad she is alright too.
Makes you wonder why we are getting so many things happening across the country.
Seems like everyday something is coming along to wreak havoc.
I will pray for safety in Oklahoma.
