This board
I hope we can bring the fun and crafting back to this board. What do you all think? Can we do it? I sure hope so.
Sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do! I liked coming here just to chit chat or see what people are making and sharing, but was needed other places at the time.
Shall we try again?

Patty I think we have lost so many members to other sites like Facebook, plus I don't think people are crafting as much anymore as many of us are ageing, so I don't know what the answer is for this board.
All I do is make cards and enjoy these two adorable kittens of ours who are now 6 months old. I still make a few handouts to have in my purse for doctors, nurses, store clerks, waitresses, etc.

I agree, Linda, that there aren't too many people crafting anymore and yes, Facebook hasn't helped the boards like this one. :(
I don't make nearly as much as I used to for our church bazaar, but I have had elderly parents to help take care of for the last 4-5 yrs.
I consider all of you my friends and hope we can still share things with each other on this board...crafting or otherwise.

I am not sure what to answer about this site either, just too bad that Julie lost interest in it! I was hoping she would make a come back!
I still enjoy Crafting for gifts and shut-ins. Seems our days here fly by, getting things ready for Fall now, winter seems to be closing in!
I do look in on the two Voy sites to see if there is anything new.
You have been in my thoughts & You will be hearing from me!

Patty I hope you have received the sympathy card that I mailed out to you.
I've been busy making Halloween cards. Now I am trying to get my crafting area cleaned up, but I just don't know "where" to put stuff. I am running out of room.
We'd love to have you come join us at the Hugsisters forum. Blazer (Darlene) is there too. We do swaps of cards and that is a lot of fun. Girls post links to lots of neat craft ideas. There is also a room there for recipes. I hope you will consider joining us there.

Hi Patty, I have not checked in here at this board for a while and just saw the post about losing your mom. I am so sorry. I know what that is like.
We do need fun and crafting. I still love to craft and love making special gifts but I don't make as much anymore either .. I just save and save ideas from Pinterest ( which I am addicted to) So many wonderful things I want to make from there but since I don't sell things anymore, I can only make so many gifts. AS Linda said, we would love for you to join us on Hugsisters. There are lots of crafting and card making ideas and we have fun swaps. It is great just visiting with all the nice ladies there.
