Subject: Small Yarn Wreath Ornament

A really "inexpensive" way to create this wreath and use up some scrap yarn too! Hugs~ Joann

I used to use Pringles lids or butter bowl lids to make these. Just cut a hole in the middle.
Thanks for the reminder, Joann!!!

Patty...You're Quite Welcome. Thanks for the tip of using the plastic lids from various things we have on hand. I have a few butter containers I saved and will now have a good way to use...(I have plenty of yarn scraps that I can make use of now.)

Hugs~ Joann

Seems like the hole I cut was about the size of a quarter or half dollar. I would wrap the lid with green yarn, make a double bow with red yarn and glue on red sequins randomly on the green yarn to make a "wreath" ornament. They are pretty sturdy made with the plastic lids, too. I'll post one, if I still have one of them somewhere.

You give good directions and I can picture this real well...I like the way you embellish with sequins..(I have plenty of those too!)
