Hi Linda~

Sherry has a kitchen that looks like it should be in a magazine. A few years ago they added on to their colonial style house and enlarged the kitchen area. She loves to cook and this kitchen was designed by her...just beautiful. I could go on and on..the kitchen has a french door leading out to a deck that extends the whole back of house and off one side of deck has a bridge overlooking a Fish Pond her husband designed. The back yard has a Grilling Area her husband John put in with a built in refrigerator and sink too..this area has a stone wall built around it with counter tops and he's got it all set up...he love's to cook too. Just a little way from the Fish Pond is this beautiful Gazebo that John built...we spend many Summer Evenings enjoying the view from the Gazebo. Sherry and John have it all landscaped with beautiful flowers and shrubs.

I have a small kitchen..but it suits me just fine LOL!

Hugs~Joann

It's nice and we all live within 3 streets of each other

Linda,
I do not use the Tea dyed material, what I refer to as Primitive is the small check print, green check with beige or Burgundy with beige small check print fabric, from Michales or Joann. Our Julie here at CEF made YOYO mats with the small prints with her Craft Shows, I loved a green one that she gave me,and I was hooked and seeing all of the YoYo projects on the web.I have made yoyo magnets and also use it as a tie on items that I make mixing a thin strip of the two colors tied on such items as primitive candles that I have made, mason jars, looked on a site and made grungy candles using coffee grounds cinnamon etc. last year receipe is on the web if you go to Primitive sites. I tied bundles of cinnamon sticks with it with a berry pip stem,I enjoy the pip berry candle rings, stems etc. and Primitive stars, We have 5 primitive stores in 1 to 2 hour drive from me,three different towns that I have managed to find, not many in my area. Hope this makes sense to you!
Darlene
