Question, we don't have O'Brien hashbrown potatoes here.
Can you tell me what they have in them that plain potatoes don't? Thanks.

CJL, I looked up an image search for "potatoes O'Brien" and looks like Ore-Ida and some other brands have them...there may even be some store brands of them. The pkg said "with onions and peppers" and it looked like red and green peppers and onions. I thought it was a brand name at first, but it's a type of hash browns. Will have to try them!
