Thanks for the response. I plan to make some soup after Thanksgiving. This will be easy. I figure we will need something simple after turkey!!

Thanks, Grandma Bonnie, for alerting me to Bear Creek Soup Mixes. I was at Walmart earlier this week and found it; tried the Cheddar Broccoli tonight and found it to be excellent. Makes a ton, too. I shared generously w/a neighbor, then still had about 4 servings for the freezer even after having eaten my fill. I threw a fistful of shredded rotisserie chicken that I had in my freezer and seasoned it lightly w/Paula Deen's basic seasoning mix. It's raining cats, dogs and maybe a squirrel or two here in N TX tonight, making it a perfect evening for soup.
