Captcha Code Problem I Have...Do You, Too?

When I go to preview/send a new message for here, the captcha code always comes up a red X with NO CODE showing. I have to just type in random letters/numbers cause there's nothing there, hit enter and then, can get another code and CAN see and type it in and it will work, but the 1st one NEVER does, only the red X. Am I the only one here who is having this problem? I have tried clicking "show picture", but it doesn't work. I've tried refreshing the page, nope, it doesn't work either.

I have had problems too, but with reading the letters that they want you to type in. The other day it took 5 tries before I finally got something I could read well enough for it to be accepted. I understand the need for security, but Captcha leaves a lot to be desired.

I have the same problem (just sometimes) reading the letters they want you to type.

Luckily I haven't had that problem, Patty, but many times I just can't make out the letters they are wanting me to type.

Thank you to whomever (Julie?) fixed the Captcha Code for me! It seems to be working, right now anyway. It hasn't worked correctly for me for a LONG time!!! Happy, happy now!!! :)
Thanks to SueZQ, Joann and Linda for your comments, too. I have trouble reading some of the codes, too, but just type in some random letters and chances are, that will be wrong and then, you will get another code and can read it. I would still rather type in a code or 2 than to have to see all the "critter" posts and possibly get a computer problem from them.
Thanks again to whomever worked on that problem for me!
