Hi Darlene~

We're going to our daughter Sherry's for a BBQ tomorrow afternoon. I'll see if there's something new that will be shared by other family and friends.

Happy Memorial Day Darlene!
Hugs~ Joann

here's a couple:

Ice cream in a bag
1 Tab. sugar
1/2 c. milk OR half & half
1/4 tsp. vanilla
6 Tab. rock salt
1 pint ziplock
1 gal. ziplock
Fill large bag half full of ice & add rock salt. seal the bag.
Put other ingred. in small bag & seal.
Place small bag in the large one & reseal.
Shake for abt. 5 min. or till mixture is ice cream.

Picnic Sandwich Loaf
Slice a 16” loaf french bread in half horizontally. Hollow out bottom half; brush both sides with Italian salad dressing. In a bowl toss 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini or yellow squash with 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing. Cut 8 oz. Sliced turkey salami into strips.
To build sandwiches, layer salami on bottom half of loaf. Follow with slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese, the zucchini, sliced tomatoes. Drizzle any remaining dressing from zucchini on top half of loaf & add top half. Wrap loaf with plastic wrap & chill in a cooler up to 3 hours.
