Birthday in a baggie gag gift idea

Just something I thought up in one of my 'off' moments. hahahaha It can be slipped in a card, etc.

Birthday in a baggie
- birthday candle
- small balloon
- confetti

Take the balloon & blow it up.
Hold the candle & light it up.
Gather the confetti & toss it up.
Sing "Happy Brithday" & live it up.
