Ayn Rand doesn't glorify people automatically merely because they are in business.

Her heroes are the people who create something new, original, useful, more efficient, different, etc. and then profit from it much to the chagrin of her villains. The Enron CEO would be nothing but another parasite to her.

Examples of her hero characters:

Hank Reardon invents a new kind of metal that is lighter, stronger and more flexible than steel.

Henry Roarke creates original utilitarian architecture (some say he's patterned after Frank Lloyd Wright)

Dagny Taggart takes over her father's railroad and keeps it running while all the others are falling to pieces... etc.
