What about the Enron CFO, who spends his time and that of other employees, creating sham off-shore partnerships in order to 1) hide losses and 2) further enrich himself?

Those actions, while productive to his bank account and in artificially and temporarily inflating Enron's stock price, are not productive to society in any way, shape or form. Also, throw in the "laundering" of electricity and the holding back of power in order to inflate prices and create the illusion of insufficient supply in California -- which ultimately created power outages. Certainly not a boon to society at large and certainly wasted productivity in that it took many lawyers, finance people and operations personnel a great deal of time to conceive and implement such a strategy.

in summary, based on your Cliff's notes version of her theory, I'd have to say the bitch is all wet!
