Have you tried a adult education class?
These are normally run by the local authority you can find out details from your local library.
They run basic classes in computers and advanced classes. I have done the basic class.

I still have problems finding things, but a Mac makes it a little easier because they use image icons. I wonder if the person who designed the mac was dyslexic. When I get on my husband's PC, I am totally lost and unable to do anything.
