Hi, This could have been me a few years ago!! I got a job as a Lifegaurd at a leisure centre. I would recommmend trying to get into leisure or some kind of work / organisation where they promot from within. I aslo worked in my local shop, which gave me lots of confidence. I am a sergeant in the police service now, so let your son know, it can be done and I still cant spell but computers are excellent now compared to when i started out! Also it is the person people employ so be confident (easier said then done) and sell your strenghts. At 21 tell him not to worry about his future and to enjoy himself.
