Hi Alicie.
First of all your still smart, and most likely smarter than ever, especially if you are starting to notice where your weakness lies. There are a lot of computer programs that will help you with some of the effects of dyslexia. But my question to you, do you understand dyslexia. Most people with dyslexia have great talents. Some never find it, because they're too busy worrying about what other people might think. If you do that, you will only hold yourself back from experiencing your true potential. I now. For many years, I was always concerned about what other peoples thought if they find out that I can't spell.

I am 55 years old, a general contractor by trade. I have had dyslexia all my life, me being different than you. When I was growing up. I always thought I was stupid, and then later found out I was smarter than most people around me. Do you know that most people with dyslexia has an above IQ. And they process, thoughts 7000 times faster than the average person, this is what's probably causing your number sequence problem.

My talent is to be able to envision things and build them. Things that most people don't even comprehend even after they see it on paper, but have to see it construct. Take some time and see what your talents are and then work hard to develop them. If you're at a job where they make fun of you, and only think of you as( only a good piece of mass )as you said, then it is really time for you to move on. Whatever you do, don't become discouraged. You have the gift, you might not think of it as a gift, but it is. Just find out how to use it and I guarantee you people won't think you're stupid and who cares if they do. Take care. Gary.
PS the only way I could a wrote this is by using Dragon NaturallySpeaking. That is a speech to text program. Also, I makeovers, a six figure income, not too bad for someone who is stupid, ya think.
