I found out 1.5 to 2 years ago that I am a Bipolar 2, Dyslexis, and ADHD person. Now on medication, I have a clear view of why I acted like I did growing up and it all makes sense now. I think I would be in such a better place than I am now if someone would have caught it earlier but they didn't.
How come I still make the same stupid remarks and actions now at 51 when I am aware of my issues?
