I have a master's degree and work in mid-level management at a major regional firm, but I'm dyslexic. I would estimate that people I work with read 2-3x my speed. This becoming a problem in group meetings, where everyone is expected to keep up with the group. Any thoughts?

I handled reading demands by changing jobs and limiting my career progression. Your positive approach looking for strategies should find reading techniques that suit you. Keep faith in your personal strengths.
I have found assistive technology is the way to go for me. I hope to be open about my issues with reading, educate my colleagues and engage the support of my colleagues. I have to remember my strengths, sell them and offer them to the group. Maybe you could think whether that suits your situation.
Writing this has buoyed my own confidence to continue that open, trusting approach.
