Author: Teresa (Confussed) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 05:32:12 06/26/09 Fri I'm a bit confussed, I'm 33 and just been told by a college leacturer that I may be dislexic.. I'v tried to do a bit of reasurch but most of the information i can find is about children, when i was in school there was no such thing... I think i have alot of the personnality traits and have a lot of spelling issues, which i have just taken for granted, "thats just me!" but how and where do i find out if I AM dyslexic?? [William Shakespeare] Likewise, mosaics of physiological variants could produce apparent typologies of pseudo dyslexia. In other words, forget these websites if you really want to know. Go to a recognised expert in educational psychology, and if you can manage it, one who is a qualified clinical psychologist. To paraphrase a role of Jack Nicholson, "The troot, there ain't no troot."
