Iv been tested twice for hypoglycemia. Test #s always show I'm normal and healthy. No problems on paper when I was pregnant five yrs ago either. But if I don't eat every 2-3 hours, I get the worst headaches and can't think and easily confused and annoyed and upset

Hi Julie, Nicki et al.

I am pretty sure that one of the reasons I eat very regularly at work (I can graze all day and don't pile on the pounds), is because of the amount of energy I use.

Generally as a dyslexic I have to work much harder to complete work tasks and to keep my concentration, which is really tiring.

I can suffer from fatigue and typically the symptoms resemble stress, headaches, irritableness and hunger.

I understand that the brain uses plenty of energy mostly some kind of fats and other nutrients, I believe thats why I need more brain food than others.

You could investigate which food groups would help improve your brain function and see if they help reduce the symptoms?

all the best Deanna
