i love my job but over the last year and a half was a victim of a really bad promotion/recuitment procedure which resulting me in submitting a grevence and getting compensaton due to the organisation failing to support me, ended up having 8 counselling sessions and so on, never really recovered now 9 months on from this i am now facing a dissaplinary due to a outburst which resulted in me making an inapropperate comment, i have discussed my stress with my empolyer before this but the suggestions to reduce this have not realy had any effect,(bring your computer in and work in an interveiw room when its empty type suggestions due to very small noisey working environemt) i have been told to reduce my toil, but cannot get my job done in the hours contracted, i am constanly disterbed and other staff will correct my speach when i mispunance words) i am now facing a dissplany which could result in me loosing my job. my problem is i loose my ablity to verbally communicate when i am stressed so i say things which are not approperate.does any one know of any reseach peices that explain this type of dyslexsic problem that i can use to help explain my problem.
