Hi Gordon,
I am a machinist that suffered with dyslexia all my life. What I would do is highlight the specification with different colors highlighters. This would work pretty well for me. In addition, I would write the measurement down and verify it back to the specification in the drawings.

Hi,
Thanks for the response, the colour theme will work well for me I think. Unfortunately I can't modify the drawings in any way but can highlight the digits seperately.
The advice you have given is most appreciated.
