A good rule of thumb for a non-turbo diesel seems to be about 1 UK gallon per hour for 15-20 HP. The FSD 75 seems to be more towards 20 HP.
So at full chat, you might expect about 7.5 gallons an hour.
For cruising at 6 knots it would be considerably lower. My guess would be between 0.5 and 1 UK gallon per hour. If it is more than that, something is wrong - badly wrong.
