Hi
I had the same problem when I bought KALIPSO (previously Orient Queen) and had a stainless steel tank made to measure and fitted mid-ships below the floor of the main saloon, the pipework layout works very well and being mid-ships there is no weight distribution problems caused when the tank is full.
I had the work carried out by Chertsey Meads Marine who did the job well, promptly and at a good price, resist the temptation to save money by fitting a plastic tank fit stainless steel first time around as a pvc tank will eventually allow the smell of stored sewage to permeate through the fabric of the tank and you will finish up paying out again to have a stainless steel tank fitted
Best regards
