The 23 is a great boat and as I own one I have found that condensation is mainly present when using the gas cooker the secret is to keep a flow of air through the cabin ,the main cabin windows are on slides so you can open them say 1/4 inch per side and the problem is gone I ..remember all boats to some degree or another will have condensation in particular when you have heating or cooker on, the seamaster 23 is no different so in short,I would say buy it .....you will not regret your purchase .
