Hi Dave, thanks for your reply.

I have since bought a Yamaha 4hp 4stroke standard shaft and an auxiliary mount for the boat.

Would it be possible to get some details from you on how you fitted it? Do you have it attached to your out drive for steering? Mine has an integral fuel tank - would it be better to have a separate tank next to existing fuel tank?

Any advice / pictures would be appreciated !!
